Little Dippers was born in the early 90’s when our Director & Founder Lauren Heston worked on a commercial for British Gas. (Realplayer plugin is required)

Lauren, who’s history is in film and media, was shot in the Red Sea cradling a newborn in her arms whilst submerged.

This single event became the inspiration for the start of Little Dippers who now see over 1000 babies each week attend its courses.
